Q. What are the Hacks in Black?
A. The Hacks in Black is an elite group of hackers whose job is to explore, and to protect the innocent from the hazards of the internet and other hackers. We are in essence "some of the only good hackers on earth."
Q. Can I join the Hacks in Black?
A. No, the average Joe is not qualified (or honest-most of the time) for such a responsibility. The Hackers that are members became members because another HiB saw that they had what it took to be a member of our fine organization. Then, that member informed the other members and we took a vote. Please don't email and ask if you have what it takes. If we had to answer everyone who emailed us, we wouldn't have time to do anything but reply to email.
Q. Can I download files from your site?
A. No. Files from our site can only be downloaded by members and our login system uses a special script that sends us the I.P. number of possible intruders.
Q. I can't get into the login for the files. What do I do?
A. Of course if you were an HiB, you would know what do do in this circumstance, because MicroChip® or Pheonix® has told everyone personally what to do in this case.

Honorary HiBs are people who do not want to be or do not qualify to become members of our organization, but are so helpful they deserve to be recognized by the Hacks in Black.
